DRUM MAKING WORKSHOP

The drum is a part of native heritage from tribal cultures all over the world.

Join us for a 12 person workshop to create your very own drum!

In this workshop you will be supplied everything you need to create your own drum. While you are making your creations our instructor will teach you how to care for your drum, as well as how to use them in healing and cleansing ceremonies. We will sing songs and tell stories throughout the day.

13 inch frames are prepared with clear finish and the rawhide is cut to size for the drum head. Holes are punched and laces will be cut for you.

You will lace your drum

It will take 3-5 days to dry

Spots are limited. $175 covers the price of your drum, preparation of materials, the teachings and the venue.
